1. Introduction

Dreangine Oy ("we", "our", "us") makes the mobile app Anyway,. This policy explains what the app does with data. The short version: it does nothing with data, because it never collects any.

2. What we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information.

The app runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours for it to talk to. Your settings (the mood chip, the words, the material, the switches) are stored on your device only.

2.1 The microphone

Two optional features use the microphone: blowing at the field, and shouting to pop. The microphone is opened only when you turn the Microphone switch on, and it closes when you leave the app. Audio is measured for loudness as it arrives and is never recorded, never stored and never sent anywhere. No speech is recognized.

2.2 Spoken phrases

If you turn on spoken phrases, the app hands a short line of text to the text-to-speech engine your device already has, and that engine reads it aloud. Which voice speaks is your device's setting, not ours. Depending on your device and the voice you have chosen, that engine may be a service run by your device's maker and governed by its own privacy policy.

2.3 App store data

When you download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, those stores may collect information under their own privacy policies. That collection is theirs, not ours, and we have no control over it.

2.4 The purchase

The one optional unlock is a single purchase handled entirely by the app store. We never see or store your payment details. The app records only, on your own device, that the unlock has been made. Restoring the purchase goes through the same store.

3. How your data is used

We collect no personal information, so there is nothing for us to use, share, sell or process. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking libraries in the app.

4. Storage and security

Everything the app remembers is stored on your device. If you delete the app, it goes with it. Your purchase can be restored from the store you bought it in.

5. Third-party services

The app does not integrate with analytics, advertising or tracking services. Apart from the app store's own purchase handling (see 2.4) and your device's own text-to-speech engine (see 2.2), it makes no network connections.

6. Children's privacy

Because we collect no personal information, we knowingly collect none from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains an optional set of words with adult language; it is never on unless it is chosen, and the Kids chip plus the screen lock exist so a child can be handed the phone safely. That is a content control, not a data one.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we do, the new version is posted on this page and the "last updated" date above changes.
